2010-05-09: 割草,BBQ~



今天睡到12点。体力有恢复。下午3点割草。接下来起火,BBQ。。。可以啦。

Dinner's served.


The charcoal was still heating. Quickly de-froze some prawn I bought last week. Give a bit of salt, vinegar and vege-oil.


This is a piece of thick chicken breast. Got it marinated overnight. Patience is always the next important ingredient. Lastly, put on a good coat of BBQ sauce, give it another 8mins and it's ready.


Take the opportunity on the high heat and give the skin side a good grill with this sexy looking burn mark
